Honolulu is one of the largest cities in the entire Pacific, so it's surprising that there are five somewhat expansive botanical within the city limits. The Foster Botanical Garden is the oldest of these lush areas, and offers visitors a picturesque haven to view tropical plant life. They have a huge collection of thriving flora here, that provides hours of entertainment for anyone with an appreciation for nature. If an hour or so sounds like a good start, but you are still raring to explore more gardens, there are two other expansive gardens directly adjacent to Foster's. To the north is Lili'uokalanai garden, and to the east is Queen Emma Gardens. If you are looking for a scenic place to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu, Foster Botanical Garden, and the surrounding facilities are the place to be.

This is a paid botanical garden not far from the city, where many precious tropical plants are planted. The park is small and exquisite. You can see a Tianhou Palace not far from the gate. You can see that the Chinese culture has a long history and takes root everywhere.

Foster Botanical Garden is not very big, but because of the climate, there are a lot of plants in the botanical garden. Although tickets are required, it is worth visiting for tourists who like it.

Although the Foster Botanical Garden is small in size, there is no cave inside. In addition to the famous Japanese Buddha (replication of the Kamakura Buddha, amazing), there is also a Chinese Guanyin Temple for tourists to go to incense. From the outside, the incense seems to be quite good.

Foster Botanical Garden is the closest botanical garden to the city center on Oahu Island and the only one that charges. Adult fare is 5 knives and can be swiped by credit card, but only by visa channel, not UnionPay.
