Foguang Mountain in Kaohsiung was founded by Master Nebula. I went there as a child, only the old hilltop. Over the past few years, another hilltop has been opened, offering the Buddha's teeth, Sariko, which is worth seeing. The whole mountain is well planned. There are short videos about the life of Master Nebula and the great love of Buddhism. Even if you are not a Buddhist, you are welcome to visit. It feels much better than all the temples in China, because there are no tickets and no one is chasing you for offering incense. On the old hilltop, there are free Buddhist light tea and porridge. Everyone is willing to donate, which is the Buddhist thought, universal all living beings. It was not built to make money at all. It's worth visiting. There is a special train on Foguangshan at Zuoying Station. The traffic is very convenient.
