Liu Yongfus former residence, Sanxuantang, is located at No. 10, Bangui Street, Qinzhou City. It was built in the 17th year of Qing Guangxu (1891). It is the most magnificent and complete Qing Dynasty building complex in Qinzhou City. In the past, Liu Yongfu was able to fight against the law and was promoted by the Vietnamese king. He was appointed as the "three propaganda admiral" and was in charge of Vietnam's Xuanguang, Xinghua and Shanxi provinces. The name "San Xuantang" is to commemorate this glorious history. covers an area of more than 22,700 square meters, construction area of more than 5,600 square meters, 119 large and small buildings. In addition to the main seat, there are a number of outbuildings such as heads, two doors, warehouses, study rooms, dormitories, maids' houses and stables, as well as facilities such as stage, garden, vegetable, fish pond and drying yard. The museum was built in the courtyard, reflecting the historical situation.
