The chef here is ex Banjan Tree Hotel. His dishes are a great dining experience. Really sophisticated flavours and every disk cooked just right. Service is good and friendly but the servers need to be more able to discuss the dishes they are serving for this calibre of food.
Suay continues to deliver great foodNot my first time here, nor my first post reviewing the experience. First time in a while though. Sin e my last visit some remodelling of the outdoor dining area make for a much nicer experience. The food hasn''t changed. Excellent in it''s looks on the plate, it''s flavours, and it''s freshness.Suay has to be a ''must eat at'' place for anyne visiting Phuket, and of course should be a regular spot for residents looking for deliciously prepared Thai food with a modern twist. The mango sticky rice and coconut ice cream are superb BTW.
