We stopped at this Cathedral while touring in Petropolis. It's very pretty ans sits in the center of town. The stained glass is most impressive. It's worth visiting

Really nice church that is well maintained. Ambient choral music is pumped through as you walk about the inside. Contains the tombs of Dom Pedro II and his wife. Free.
This is the resting place of Brazil's last Emperor, Dom Pedro II and his family. It is a beautiful church completed only in the 1920s. A must visit when in Petropolis.
