After passing through the Sorbonne University, I came to the Pantheon. There were not many people in the morning, and there was a queue in the morning. It is more refined and better maintained than the Pantheon in Italy. The dome is very shocking and enshrines celebrities from all walks of life.
This surprised me!! I did not have it on my list of things to do in Paris but I’m so glad we decided to go. It was so beautiful and interesting! There are tombs from some of the most famous French people here and the structure itself is amazing! Definitely worth a stop.
Beautiful architecture and history. Be aware of the closing times because they cut off tours the last 45min before closing.
Located in the Latin Quarter this was originally a church dedicated to St. Genevieve. Today, this impressive building combines its liturgical function with its role of being a burial place for famous historical Frenchmen such as Voltaire, Hugo, Braille and Curie.
beautifull story and behind a church..with the most beautifull steps in marble lace....
A walk into the past ... a feeling of the present and a look into history. Worth a stop into check out
