Booked this location on OpenTable, and the hostess put us down as a no-show after arriving 1 minute late, but that was the only negative aspect of our experience. My husband, who is Spanish, and I requested a red wine recommendation, and the attendant, who was from Barcelona, couldn&#39;t have picked better for us in terms of budget and quality. We ordered the beets with goat cheese, the Spanish tortilla, the fried chorizo and the cheese plate. Everything was perfectly prepared. We also stayed for cocktails at the bar afterwards, enjoying a few rounds of Liquor 43 (a rather sweet Spanish spirit) with coke for dessert. We would absolutely visit again!

The first Michelin-star Korean restaurant in New York City, Cote, is indeed the best Korean steakhouse in New York. We ordered the steak okase. The chef took care of each cut. The meat is delicious and unique. The beef is very soft and tastes more smooth than butter. The quality of the cocktail is great. The atmosphere is good, there is no barbecue smoke at all. I personally think that Cote is the most prominent - the service is thoughtful and friendly. The size of the restaurant is deceiving, as it was much larger than I originally thought. It&#39;s actually quite large. When you first walk in there are a few tables by the bar, but then it extends into a nice sized dining area. We were warmly greeted and seated near the kitchen. The ambiance is nice, with light music playing and the interior design very Basque in nature. We ordered the bacon wrapped dates, garlic shrimp, steak pincho, croquettes and meatballs. Everything was excellent, with the exception of the meatballs, which I just found decent. It was not as flavorful as I would have liked, with very little seasonings. The amount of food you receive for the value is pleasing. For example, down the street at Boqueria you would get half of the amount as you would at Sala One Nine, and the flavors not as good. So in this case you don&#39;t sacrifice flavor for volume - you get both here! The service was efficient, attentive and pleasant. Overall a great place to come with a group of friends or on a date. Our bill, with 5 tapas and 2 glasses of wine came to $99, which I thought was an excellent value!

Food here is really nice. Came for dinner and there is a good range of tapas dishes. Slightly overpriced but the dishes are quite big. Vibe is great. Really buzzing. Had to wait about 20 mins for a table but this wasn&#39;t a problem as we had a few drinks at the bar. Good place to come when in New York
