The city of Male is the island of Malé, the capital of the Maldives. This island is the epitome of the Maldives Islands. There are no intentionally paved asphalt roads on the streets. The white sand roads are bright and white. The palace and government offices are two-storey bungalows. They are very clean and tidy. The gardens outside the bungalows are full of various fruit trees, banana, coconut, mango and bread trees... the fragrance fluttering in the wind. It is serene and beautiful here. There are two high-rise buildings made of crushed white coral. Nestled under the tall and straight green coconut trees, the streets are dotted with exotic flowers and grasses that are unique to the tropics.
