Nanchong is located in the northeastern part of the Sichuan Basin. Nanchong is a famous historical and cultural city with a history of 2,200 years. It has unique and famous historical architecture and as well as beautiful natural landscapes. In Nanchong, visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Jinping Mountain, the magnificence of Baiyun Mountain, the tranquility of Shengzhong Reservoir and the everlasting religious culture of Lingyun Mountain. Many famous people come from Nanchong. Here visitors can find the former residence of Zhu De, the former residence of Luo Ruiqing and the memorial room of Zhanglan. They often evoke people's remembrance of these historically significant figures who have passed away. There are also more than two thousand years of history of raising mulberry and silkworms. The silk culture is especially unique here.
