reminiscence, it is a lack of stars (personally awarded two stars 👍) Japanese-French fusion restaurant. As soon as I entered the door, I remembered Paris passage 53, very modern and simple decoration, the same young Japanese chef, doing a hand-innovated Japanese-French fusion cuisine. Like a handsome waiter, polite and just right service. The ingredients, wine and utensils are very suitable. One of the puffer fish white seeds is the most standard in cooking. Limited by my text level, or ⬆️ picture. Appreciate it yourself.
