Nago Pineapple Park Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Okinawa Attraction: Pineapple Park
If you love pineapples, then this is the park for you! It’s literally a pineapple themed park. There’s attractions, learning about the history about pineapples, crafty souvenirs, tasty food and pineapple wine, and many more:)
The best part about the tour is taking pictures at designated spots and spotting Shisa dogs everywhere.

Summer fun and good place to go to Okinawa, the famous pineapple garden
just two days ago, I came back from Okinawa. I drove around the island for a week and went to a place where I didnt have a punch last time. It is super suitable for bringing children or family members to play together~
We will have a pineapple cart connected to the bus stop outside the park after stopping at the parking lot (Figure 3 ), the pineapple car is super cute, there are vending machines in the place where the car is waiting, all are pineapple drinks. Its about 5 minutes soon~
Tickets are 850 yen, free of charge below primary school
The whole park is not very small, you can first enter the park at the entrance of the pineapple, it will be slow Slowly take a circle of the pineapple garden and walk down to the open-air pineapple field. If you have good physical strength, you can walk around the park and explain the pineapple knowledge to the children.
Open pineapple is planted with many varieties of pineapples, but it is also necessary to find out carefully. There is a super large fake pineapple in the middle of the pineapple field, which is very suitable for punching!
The pear figure can also go down to the air corridor, where you can visit the tropical plants 360 degrees, and take a lap of coolness. I went with my father and mother, and took a lot of photos on the promenade. (It is recommended to wear non-green clothes. We were not prepared for that day. The photos we took were integrated with the background.)
/ Hh/ In addition to the full of tropical plants, there are many small lions in Okinawa. Every one of them is embarrassing. If you look carefully, you may find more than 50 little lions with different expressions. They are all better.
The most recommended is the Shell Museum! ! Hidden in a very small and inconspicuous small hall, it is the place that let us linger in the pineapple garden. It may not be mentioned on the official website of the Pineapple Garden. It is strongly recommended to go in and see it! There are tens of thousands of kinds of shells in it, and the natural color of some shells will be amazing. Mom and Dad have been in the hall for a long time before they are reluctant to come out. It is an eye-opener.
Specialty store can buy pineapple cake, ice cream and Okinawa snow salt and golden Chu cake, Jin Chu cake with a little bit of sweet and crispy taste, super delicious
Attached to the information about the pineapple garden, you can go to play

Nago Pineapple Park
#okinawatrip It's a huge park themed after pineapples where you get to be a driven by a self driving cart. The objective being the promotion of local grown pineapples.
It's a tad expensive for the experience (specially the shop prices were almost unreasonable) but a good place to go as a couple or as kids.
They've spent a considerable amount of time designing and fitting each experience around the huge park to match the pineapple theme.
the pineapple is a wonderful fruit because not only does it taste great giving you that lift especially on a hot day, its powerful enzymes pack a wallop: do not discard the hard 'skeleton' as this is where the benefit of the fruit is found. #wintergetaway

Okinawa Park
#thingstodo Love this place way better than the zoo! I love the interacting with the animals! Bring yen coins so you can feed all the animals as you walk through. The sloth is so close and so cute! Definitely worth a visit or two! I really enjoyed feeding the birds and felt like they were well taken care of. The bird food is cash only, 200 yen, for a rather large box. We hung out for about 3 or 4 hours to really take in everything. While I did get a season pass, I don't think I'll continue to do the entire park. I will come back for the aviary though!
Parking on site!
Neo Park Okinawa
#thingstodo Really lovely park where you get to go up close to the animals. There are areas where you can feed the animals as well. The box of treats sold at the park indicates which animals can eat the treats and each box costs 200 yen.
All the animals were very precious and we had such a good time. I love this park a lot even though it seems a little old and run down. The animals appear well taken care of and the staff were very friendly. The animals seemed happy to see us. Thankfully the park was not crowded when we went.
I’ve never touched a capybara, wallaby or a giant tortoise before. Very happy to have had the chance to do so.

It was nice to see the birds and get right up close with them, same with the Sloth too. The petting zoo and the Oceania areas where the most disappointing. The petting zoo is in a huge paddock but it's confined to a small area. There are dogs but there is NOTHING. to simulate them and they just bark. The Tortoises show more interest of your presence than the dogs. The petting zoo was meh. The Oceania area - as an Australian person - was nothing but peacocks. The Emu was absent today, but I saw it pacing the fence line, the Cassowary is hidden from view (thankfully you can't interact with it). The signage there said there's Kangaroos but there wasn't any... really sad and disappointing. But it was nice to see the Toucans but I worry with some of the exhibits themselves. It's aged ...
I want to visit this place again in 2024.
Okinawa Fruits Land Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Okinawa Fruits Land
#okinawatrip We arrived at Okinawa Fruits Land at 1030am in the morning. As the admission fee to Okinawa Fruits Land was 1000 yen, we decided to skip it and head straight to its in-house cafe for some fruity desserts. To get there, you’ll make a right turn at the entrance of Okinawa Fruits Land. This will lead you through its souvenir shop (smart move) before eventually arriving at Fruits Cafe. This time, we had the acerola and sweet mango dessert for 720 yen. A little ex but still cheaper than having the both of us enter for 2000 yen. Plus, we’d get the vitamins packed in those acerola cherries!

itadakimasu x2 as we were repeated customers!
Stumbled upon this cosy, nice place, and we had to have another meal there before we left Nago.
It hosts a reasonably priced menu with many traditional Okinawan options. #spoiltforchoice
Best of all, they have an english menu!#noworriesonwhatyouaretoorder
