My family and I ordered from here tonight and have had the worst experience ever. We ordered off Menulog, our order contained sweet sour chicken and wontons. When our order was delivered it and was barely warm and to top it off half way though my meal I started to feel like I had eaten shall fish which I'm highly allergic too. We then check the other family member food only to find that the wonton was not at all wontons but prawns which luckily I hadn't eaten,but must have been cook with chicken. We then rang Long Tok to talk to them about the fact of the wontons being prawns and not wonton as people know it to be. We were then advised that the chicken was cooked with the wontons and it was my own fault I was having an allergic reaction and that they did not care for my health. When told them this could be very serious if I didn't have medical assists at hand to which they replied they didn't care again and would not in any way give money back. They stated I should have put on their web site that I was allergic to shell fish: when I asked where I was to write that information considering I ensured I wasn't ordering ANYSHELL FISH. I received no apology and the staff member continued to get more angry, rude and sharpe. He then stated "he may have given us prawn cutlets. This could have killed a child or me if I wasn't 110% always prepared and the fact that he had NO duty or care or compassion was extremely dis heartening. Also there is NO written direction to state that she'll fish will be cooked with other food or if you are allergic to ANY food to write that "somewhere" for them. This has caused a full fledged allergic reaction, a scared family and cost us nearly more than our money and time. I highly recommend NO-ONE should eat here if you are allergic to any food or anything thing of the kind Or Expect any form of customer service. This is a life threatening matter that ended up with us in a very dangerous situation and being threaten and yelled at from the people
