Smoked beef carpaccio was superb, location is very convenient, easy to find, not far from city center, the waitress was very nice and sweet. Since the reservation was made with Fork, got 50% off the food cost.

This little restaurant was another delicious dining spot in Matera. We ate on the terrace. Plenty of shade. Good choices for vegetarians. Good service and they threw in a beautiful day too!

If in Matera, you should absolutely visit this restaurant! We got a starter with pepperoni cruschi, Cappelletti, swordfish and crepe as a dessert and everything was incredible. The service was top notch, it was my second time and I&#39;ll definitely be back.

This restaurant was amazing! From the service (which was impeccable) to the amazing food, we were so blown away by the restaurants preparation of traditional Lucian recipes such as the peppers fried in olive oil, pork and lamb! We are so happy we found this gem and can&rsquo;t wait to make it our first spot when we get back!

The environment is break-taking and magical.  The service is one of the best I have ever had!  Every detail was attended to.  The food was so creative and delicious.  The chef is so talented.   Can&rsquo;t wait till I can come back again.  Is an experience we will remember for life!

We were warmly welcomed &amp; offered a choice of seats. We sat outside with a good view. The food was very good &amp; plenty of it. Loved the fava bean Pur&eacute;e - quite a large dish! Enjoyed all the dishes &amp; the recommended wine. Seemed like a great family restaurant. Out of all the restaurants we looked at it had the menu that most appealed to us. I wouldn&rsquo;t hesitate to recommend it for food &amp; service.

We booked this restaurant as it had good reviews and the offer was excellent!We arrived and the service was great, attentive, friendly and spoke English which helps as our Italian is poor!We both had a very nice beef starter which bodes well for the rest of the meal. However we had both ordered the Agnello al forno ( roast lamb) and we were both shocked when it arrived - we were presented with a pile of lamb offcuts made up of bone fat and gristle - we were hard put to find any meat at all. It was pretty much inedible and although I chewed a few bits my wife gave up on it.We had a sweet which was pleasant and a good bottle of wine helped soften our first eating experience of Matera - we probably won&rsquo;t return to this restaurant. It&rsquo;s a shame because the waitress and the venue were fine.

Is a touristic place to be avoided . Overpriced for what they offer .

The food was OK. The restaurant was OK, the waitress was very friendly! Not spectacular won&rsquo;t come again.
