I first ate at Eduardo's in the mid 1990's! I lived just one block away and had walked by it for several months before finally deciding to drop in - what a great error in judgement! I have been there well over 100 times since and have taken at least 200 people there with me over the years. Only one of those people did not enjoy herself, but she never seemed to enjoy anywhere else we went either! The food is made from the BEST ingredients and the staff really knows what they are doing! Some of the original employees from when they first opened are still there - that's called a clue. From their chicken burrito, to their fresh chips and fresh salsa bar, your taste buds will thank you for bringing them on this delicious adventure! I go back EVERY time I possible can, even though I now live in the Blue Ridge Mountains! I bet you will too!
