Simple &ldquo;fast food&rdquo; surroundings with a reassuringly limited menu. But the food they serve is excellent and the service is superb. I asked for a Sake and when I was hestitant about which one to choose the waitress let me taste different ones before making a choice. Something you&rsquo;d expect from restaurants that would charge far more that they did. We would go back anytime!

I ate a super delicious sushi restaurant in Frankfurt. This one is very careful. Rice, meat, and platters are perfect. I was touched. I ate so much Japanese cuisine, refreshing my understanding of tuna and various ingredients. Great food, excellent service, outstanding wine pairing recommendations.  Chef used lots of local fruits and produce, which went extremely well with the food selection on the menu.  The ingredients combined so well that every course is well-balanced and not overwhelming at all.  Service was attentive, friendly, professional and very cozy.  A must-try !!
