We enjoyed an outstanding group lunch with about 18 participants. The meal began with chips, salsa and guacamole. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. The chips were unusual and unique. The salsa was a chipotle salsa which also tasted unique with just the right amount of heat. The guacamole was seasoned perfectly and incorporated pumpkin seeds - very interesting. All of the entrees were delicious. Seasonings were spot on. The group was served at the same time and each of the dishes was hot. It was not clear how the kitchen achieved this feat, but the did. It is very unusual that each person in the group insisted that their choice was the best at the table. What a first class problem to have. Dessert was quite interesting. The group shared three: flan, bread budding and churro ice cream. The clear winners were the churro ice cream the the bread pudding. The churro ice cream was a cinnamon ice cream that had bits of churro incorporated within. The bread pudding was steaming hot and remained streaming even as it was passed around the table some five minutes after it was served. I am looking forward to returning whether with a large group again or with a smaller, more intimate group.
