Victoria Memorial

The tour came to Britain, and on the day in London we caught up with the changing of the guards watching Buckingham Palace. The Queen Victoria Monument is a combination of monuments and sculptures in front of Buckingham Palace, with the main monument at the center and the large statue of Queen Victoria's white jade sitting and the statue of the Angel of Justice and Truth at the bottom. At the top, the goddess of victory and two valet statues, the main monument around the base of the steps and pools, the pedestal four corners of the base have a group of lions bronze statues. The decoration of the entire monument focuses on the theme of navigation, echoing the water master's gate at the other end of the boulevard.

Standing in the center of the square, in the center is a statue of an eagle spreading its wings, and there is a statue around. The flow of people is very dense, because the opposite is Buckingham Palace, surrounded by driveways, traffic is also large.

Next to Buckingham Palace in London is a large sculpture and monument group formed in 1911 - the Queen Victoria Monument. Very eye-catching and easy to identify. Large numbers of tourists gather here, taking advantage of the height, and waiting for the royal guard soldiers to change their guard from below. The statues and pools on every corner are worth a look.

The monument is located in front of Buckingham Palace, at the southwest end of the avenue. At the center of the monument is the main monument, and at the bottom is the large white jade statue of Queen Victoria and the statue of the Angel of Justice and Truth. At the top are the Goddess of Victory and two attendants. The base around the main monument consists of steps and pools. Each of the four corners of the base has a bronze statue of a lion, one of which is presented by the people of New Zealand. Visitors to Buckingham Palace will see this large monument opposite the palace. The monument is very beautiful. When the change of posts is held at Buckingham Palace, it is surrounded by tourists watching the ceremony. The guards will pass through the monument.

The landmark building, just in front of Buckingham Palace, is surrounded by many stone steps and a large pool. The whole area is called Queen's Park, which is very similar to the Civic Square. Whenever there are many people, there are people who come here to take pictures and walk away, and there are also people who sit on the stone steps with books to learn. Because I waited for my friends, I sat on the steps of Buckingham Palace and stayed for half an hour.

In particular, the statue of Queen Victoria is exactly the same as what we see in our photographs and paintings. The figure sculpture of the statue is also very complicated, reflecting the brilliance of the Victorian era.

The Queen's Monument is a spectacular building outside Buckingham Palace. Flowers and tourists surround the statue, which is also a good place to watch the Buckingham Palace guards changing ranks. When we came to visit the statue, we happened to meet a couple of men and women proposing marriage. By the way, we took two pictures to witness their happy moments. The Queen's sculpture is facing Moore Avenue, so it is also a landmark in London.
