Always nice to go to The Savoy and haven&#39;t been since Ramsey took over. Decent social distancing without too much loss of atmosphere. Service seemed a bit confused , but was being carefully monitored and corrected. Menu reminded me of the old Ivy with a bit of old school mixed in. Had monkfish which was ok, slightly tough even for monkfish; my friend had the Arnold Bennett and steak which he said was great. The set menu is good value for a treat and worth a trip.

I have wanted to try Hawksmoor after hearing good things and I am glad I finally did.The starters were very good especially the beef carpaccio and our mains of fillet and sirloin were very tender and flavourful. Not wanting to rush we didn&#39;t order dessert due to the earlier closing time but if we had dined earlier we would of.Service was excellent from Marius and the rest of the team. I am very sure I will visit a Hawksmoor again.

I&#39;d been a regular at Hush Mayfair until it closed its doors last November, when they relocated to Holborn.  Whilst the venue lacks the panache of its original location, the food excelled.  It was realtively quiet when we went for lunch today, but they have certainly not dropped their standards foodwise - if anything, it was even better.

This Vietnamese restaurant has two floors. The basement floor has to go down the stairs. I like the ground floor by the window and watch the people coming and going. Tanghe ingredients are quite authentic, but the beef is a little worse and the soup is OK. Spring rolls, chicken wings are good.
