This was the last site we visited before leaving Lima for Machu Picchu, this is the place of the early Inca, the guide was very enthusiastic and very comprehensive to introduce us to the history here, very helpful for our next trip
Our trip to Peru is to visit the mysterious Inca culture, and the Pukjana site is the first Inca culture in our group, which is the site of the early Inca civilization and is worth visiting.
Pukyana Site is located in the bustling city center of Lima. It is an archaeological site 2,000 years ago. It is mainly the archaeological discovery of the living scenes of the Inca ancestors who settled here. Many historical relics have been excavated. There are also the funeral dolls held by the people at that time. They have a very intuitive understanding of the life of the Inca ancestors and the scenes of thousands of tides.
If you're in Lima, you can go and see the pyramid. It's worth it. There is a small museum on this side, which must be seen before walking. There is an affordable admission fee. We chose to go on a self-service tour. This is an impressive structure. They are still archaeologists excavating the site and doing some restoration work. There's a very short, steep slope to the top of the mountain, but it's worth walking. I suggest you come here and have a look. The civilization here was long before Colombia came here.
The Pukjana site is also an important relics of Inca culture, and after archaeological discovery, it should have been an important city at the beginning, but also adapted to the important commercial center of the family. There are also many statues that reflect the scene of everyone engaged in commercial activities at the time, which is particularly interesting and worth visiting.
The Pukjana site in downtown Lima is an early site of Inca civilization. There are no ground buildings now, only underground foundation sites. It also imitates the wax figures of the people at that time and reproduces the life scene at that time. It is worth visiting and understanding.
