A fabulous little eatery in the centre of Langhirano, a small town famous for its world-class prosciutto.  This is first and foremost a high-quality shop selling the cold cuts and Parmesan cheese this region is celebrated for.  And they&#39;ve set up a small number of tables in a welcoming space where one can savour their specialities along with excellent local beer and wines.  Not touristy at all, warm and competent staff, and good prices.  I&#39;ll be back!

We had dinner with our daughters at the Salumeria Ugolotti. Fantastic experience. Prosciutto and salumi, of exceptional quality. Gentleness and courtesy guaranteed. We felt welcome and delicious. Un profumo di prosciutto crudo d&#39;altri tempi,  una genuina cordialit&agrave; che non trovi sui manuali, sapori introvabili da gustare lentamente. Prosciutto crudo di Langhirano, spalla cotta di S.Secondo, Culatello, il tagliere campagnolo con l&#39;epico trittico pancetta, cicciolata e gola, tagliere di Carlo con il tridente salame, crudo e coppa. Anolini di carne da urlo. Malvasia e Lambrusco a benedire il banchetto. Torta rossa mai sentita ma che non si dimentica. Congratulazioni senza fine a questa Prosciutteria storica, uno di quei luoghi che si trovano con lanternino ma che sono pi&ugrave; grandi di tutti i pi&ugrave; blasobati brand messi insieme. Raccomando l&#39;epico trittico con la gola....

A crude prosciutte parfum from other times, a genuine kindness that you can&#39;t find on the manuals, flavors that can be found to taste slowly. The crude prosciutto of Langhirano, the cotted shoulder of S. Two, Culatello, the country cutting with the epic trittic pancetta, cicholate and throat, cutting Carlo with the trident salam, crude and cup. Malvasia and Lambrusco bless the banquet. Red cake never heard but that is not forgotten. Congratulations to this historical Prosciutteria, one of those places that are located with lamps but that are larger than all the most blasobated brands put together. I recommend the epic Tritic with the throat ....
