What people are saying:

This jungly-area is still in Lagos, and is good for an afternoon nature walk without having to really leave the city. Monkeys, peacocks will accompany you but you won't be coming face to face with any big game. Would be a good spot to bring kids.

Additional Information

Introduction

William Ricketts was an Australian ceramist and sculptor, born in Victoria. Many of Ricketts's lifelong ceramics and sculptures are in the William Ricketts Sanctuary, which was built into a park in the 1960s when the state government of Victoria bought his home from him. It blends the natural and spiritual worlds perfectly. Its sculptures are made of kiln clay and then arranged in the forest.
