The Petronas Twin Towers are currently the world’s tallest twin towers, and were built with a 2 billion dollar investment from Malaysia’s oil company. For adult travelers a ticket to the top costs 85 Malaysian Ringgit and allows for 30 minutes of observation. Standing on the 85th floor of the twin towers, you can overlook all of the Kuala Lumpur cityscape. The hotel that we stayed at was near the twin towers, as a result they were the first stop we made in Kuala Lumpur. When tourists visiting time is scheduled very tightly, each group of tourists wears cards on lanyards of different colors. This is so that the staff can tell very easily which groups of tourists came at which times. And when a group leaves, all must leave together. The times for visiting are also divided very clearly, so for example on the bridge connecting the 2 towers, one can only visit for 10 minutes. For the most marvelous spot, you must come to the 85th floor, where from different vantage points you can see the city scenery, which is quite wonderful.
