Wow!
We were passing by and stumbled upon this fascinating insight to yesteryear A piece of the ancient bricked sewer is on show and where it originated has been exposed to show the buildings below
A brick underground water supply built in 1872, just beside the 15th building of the former Kobe settlement in Chuo ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. I saw the retro and nice old Kobe settlement Building 15 in the beautiful city, and when I approached it, it was a groundwater that I happened to find. One of the oval tubes was seen in front of me with a water pipe made of domestic bricks baked near Kobe, and next to it, I could see the underground water supply passing through the basement. Even though it is the Meiji era, it is quite firmly built ...
It is a facility built in 1897 and is a civil engineering heritage. 15 It was right next to Bankan and I knew it was an old facility. 15 It's a nice combination with Bankan. You can see both architectural and civil engineering heritage here.
It is right next to the former settlement Building 15. What is it at first because it is next to the entrance to Tooth Tooth? I peeked in with that feeling. You can see the brick underground water supply.
You can see the brick water pipe or the suga of the sewer. There were signs such as modern industrial heritage and registered tangible cultural properties.
