Guan Shan Fude Temple

This place can be very crowded and there are plenty of places to experience the stunning sunset in Kenting, but I highly recommend this place if you are traveling here or with your family. The view is amazing so it is worth going early and enjoying the atmosphere and you can easily find a quiet place. The fresh air in Kenting makes you see wonderful sunsets all year round...this is rare in Taiwan!

In Hengchun Old Street, there are two temples near Monkey Cave Mountain Park: Tianhou Palace and your Ford Palace. The latter is relatively large. After the archway, there is a large open space. There is only one large hall inside, and the design is simple.

The "Alpine Rock Forde Palace" has been established for 383 years. It is the earliest land public temple in Taiwan, or the rare coral reef rock geological land public temple area is not small. Except for the temple part, there is still a lot of space to visit. There is also a lookout in front of the temple, and there are two sea erosion holes next to the temple. There is a trail next to it!

Going to Guanshan with friends to watch the sunset, the time was not good. Walking around, I found another Ford Palace. So I went in to pray for blessings. After praying, I found out unexpectedly that the square in front of the temple can overlook the Hengchun Peninsula. The scenery of mountains and seas makes people linger and forget. The scenery is very good.

Kenting day trip, although the weather is bad, there is no sun, and the sunset is not seen, but I went to Guanshan. The alpine rock Ford Palace near Guanshan is said to be the earliest place in Taiwan to worship the land. From time to time, I will see local residents, especially some elderly people are worshiping, and there is a hole at the door. It is said that it is through the sea. When the weather is sunny, there will be many people to see the sunset. The weather is not good, and there are fewer people.

Guanshan Ford Palace is the land temple on Guanshan Mountain. It is also the best place to watch the sunset. Many tourists, here is Taiwan's largest land temple. For more than 200 years, incense has been very strong.
