Lake Powell is definitely a highlight of the Midlands tour. It is refreshing to see enough yellow land in the Grand Canyon and the Midlands desert to come to a green and clear lake.
The Colorado River in the canyon area has a huge Glen Gorge dam, the reservoir officially named Lake Powell, upstream of the Hoover Dam. The red Zhuyan and deep canyon scenes are spectacular, and the water canyon is a pleasure.
Page can reach 40 degrees at noon and 45 degrees in summer. Dry and hot, so tourism projects are concentrated in the morning and evening. Almost no one is seen at noon, except for water projects.
