I haven&#39;t missed the truffle season this year! Although it is dark and not good-looking, it is a high-end ingredients. The truffle smell in the store is so heavy. The truffle chicken breast I ate really won (although it was a bit salty) the chicken breast itself is tender, but it is boring to eat alone. There is this salty and fragrant sauce with mushrooms and truffles. The happiness!

Three Williams Cafe

This is a Vietnamese restaurant located on Cleveland Street in Sydney. The restaurant is more exquisitely decorated, and the Southeast Asian style is more prominent in the decoration. The Vietnamese cuisine made here fully shows the Vietnamese cuisine and attracts many guests to come to eat, so it is best to book seats in advance. The restaurant&#39;s dishes are delicious, but the price is not expensive and the service is very good.

Queuing for a long time, the appetite dropped by half, and the evaluation was mixed. But it has always been what I like, the surroundings are quiet and stable. Middle Eastern restaurant full of exotic flavors. The dishes are not exquisite, but they are very fresh in taste. There are many types of spices used, so the layering is rich. Every night something is happening be it raffle or trivia. The food is great, the drinks are awesome and the beer garden is relaxing

What a fantastic place, there are many good restaurants out there but there are a rare few that  are treasures, Mjolner is such a place. 10 out of 10.

今年没有错过Three Williams的松露季！虽然黑乎乎的不好看 但是好歹是个高级食材 店里的松露味儿好重啊 我吃的松露鸡胸 底部的sweet corn puree真的赢了（虽然有点咸）鸡胸本身比较嫩 但是单吃到底无聊 有这个又咸又香的酱 加上蘑菇和松露 满口的幸福感！

一个人吃不多，点了一份蟹肉意面，一只烤鳌虾，一只烤扇贝，一杯白葡萄酒。蟹肉意面很不错，扁面软硬适中，面身裹满酱汁，酱汁鲜味十足，还有许多蟹肉混在其中。

Baffi and Mo is a located in Redfern and is a local gem. The cafe serves all day breakfast ranging from toast, baffi eggs, big breakfast but most amazingly, the potato hash. There are also fritters, burgers and freshly made juices. Not to mention their coffee and homemade cakes/brownies! Several reasons why we need to plan our next visit! We were greeted by Regina and her outstanding customer service. Not only did she spark a very enjoyable conversation with us, but she took the time to personally see to our needs. Matt has been down with the flu lately and once Regina knew this, she immediately put her Mum hat on and suggested a nice honey, mint and ginger tea. In fact, she insisted it! The tea comes served on a platter, with a side of honey for a sweetener replacement and a cup of chilled water to even out the temperature of the tea to a preferable temperature. Potato hash stack with smoked ham, topped with coleslaw, poached egg and asparagus Is it bold to make a statement like &quot;this dish was off the charts&quot;? If so, we don&#39;t care because you are going to have to trust our word on this. We opted to order this dish largely due to it&#39;s popularity on social media, but also because of our love for anything deep fried and full of potato. Admittedly we were not too keen when we saw that it had coleslaw, but OMG we couldn&#39;t get enough of it!!! It was tasty and not too thick/creamy, the perfect balance. The potato hash was nice and crispy and the poached egg was perfectly cooked and added a great flavour to the dish. Let&#39;s also not forget how beautifully this dish is presented. There are so many elements to this dish, and in normal circumstances would probably be too much on a single plate. However Baffi and Mo pulled it off with the clever stack!
