We felt hungry after more than four hours of travelling on the Shinkansen in Tokyo so we decided to stop for something to eat. We didn&rsquo;t know what to eat, but we wanted to taste the local stuff and a few minutes later found this small restaurant called Reichan. There were already other people eating so we had to wait a few minutes to get the table. When we sat down, a young waitress came and we ordered some drinks but we had to wait for the food to be cooked. The chef here was very quick and prepared our order in time. It tasted great. There was no background music like the Japanese restaurant, but we didn&rsquo;t miss it and I highly recommend this restaurant.

广岛站可以说是广岛烧小店组成的，在这里能看到各种明治年间起家的广岛烧。其实本来是想要去隔壁家的，店名太像就走错了，反正这家排队的人也超级多，生意还是很好的排，而且这家相对来说比较开放式，外国人也更多一些。    广岛烧和大阪烧说是有很大差距，主要还是用料的区别，可以说就是裹了面皮的炒面，量相对来说更足一点。和大部分铁板烧店一样，这家店也是直接看着厨师现场做出来吃的。    点了一份菜单上推荐的特色广岛烧，号称点击率第一，另外挑了一份马苏里拉芝士味，相对来说特色的酱汁非常浓郁，芝士的话很霸气，尤其看到大厨撒了好大一把马苏里拉感觉超级好。    如果来广岛的话强烈推荐来试试，正宗的基本也都在jr站这里了
