希尔顿逸林酒店的自助西餐，酒店位于創业公园旁，环境不错的，週围風景很飄亮，地点旺中帶静，所以也很多人来吃自助餐，以疫情来计算，有110%客人已经算超级不錯的了，有几張枱是客人走了后，翻枱给新客人，所以超过100%。那么多客人，难怪餐厅那女前台堅持一定要到5：30才准许客人入坐，我们廿多人在餐厅门口排队，好像快餐店排队买餐似的，搞到这希尔顿名下酒店服务质素跌至零点，感觉十分之差，就算早10-15分钟先安排客人入坐，准时5：30才开吃，餐厅都没什么损失，總好过在门口排長龙，好像检查核酸似的。其实食物种类不算多，但200元也不能要求太高，食物算是及格吧。反而餐厅内的服务员比门口那个就服务好得多了，有个男的小胖，熱情帶位，招乎，吃完也会很熱情多谢，还送客人差不多到门囗，服务一流。其他几个服务员也很勤力，客人吃完東西的碟也很快收拾，不明白的東西也耐心地解释给客人，服务也很好。

第一次吃希尔顿系列的自助餐，大约在半个月前预定的，在快到五点钟的时候打电话过来确认一下预定的情况，还是比较的贴心，一早就已经留好了位置。地理位置比较偏僻，如果是公共交通过去的话，会有点不方便开车过去的话就还算是可以，就是路上可能会比较堵车，其实离萝岗演艺中心还是蛮近的。停车位置相当的充足，在这里吃自助餐是可以免费停车四个小时的。自助餐厅就在一楼，里面的装潢就是比较标准的酒店自助餐的风格，分为几个区域，海鲜区域，特色国家美食区，中华美食，西式，甜品，饮品等。饮料方面的种类并不算是特别的多，大致就是咖啡果汁还有酒类，葡萄酒还是不错，two ocean的。中式汤比西汤好喝，有虫草花，或者说是猪肉，冬瓜，西汤比较失望。甜品方面推荐葡挞，雪糕是哈根达斯的，但是是比较普通的哈根达斯吃起来比较一般。海鲜方面还算是不错，有生蚝，不过都是生的，虾挺新鲜。扒类推荐，不错，还有德国的大香肠也是相当好的。三文鱼跟北极贝都可以无限拿，还是蛮方便的。服务态度是一流的，收拾餐桌也比较快捷，就是洗手间要走去门外还是不方便。每一位都可以拿到一份鲍鱼饭，挺好吃的。
