Grand Canyon West

Grand Canyon West Rim is just a small part of the vast territory of canyons that were formed thanks to the Colorado River, but this, I think, is the most beautiful and famous part of it. The Grand Canyon West Rim is located just a couple of hours away from Las Vegas in Arizona, so it would be very advisable from the point of view of saving time and money to combine visits to these two places into one trip. The entire territory of the Grand Canyon is located on the reservation of the Navajo, Havasupai and Hualapai Indians. You can stay at any viewing point as long as you want, then just go to the bus stop and wait for the next bus that will take you to another point or to the exit.The canyon is cut by the Colorado River in the thickness of limestones, shales and sandstones. The canyon is 446 km long. The width (at the plateau level) ranges from 6 to 29 km, at the bottom level — less than a kilometer. The depth is up to 1800 m. Since 1979, the Grand Canyon has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

This is my first time coming here. Before, I was very excited and looking forward to trying this place once. It really didn't disappoint me because it was so beautiful and fun. Truly unforgettable, this place will forever impress me. The people here are very friendly and sociable, which is very valuable. I love this place and hope to come back many times in the future. grand canyon west is the most amazing canyon and it is the must go plan when you visit las vegas. the most impressive attraction at grand canyon west is the horseshoe-shaped glass skywalk curves out 70 feet over the edge of the canyon as though we could feel we are floating on air above. the tickets are very pricey but it was worth for a once-in-a-life-adventure.
