We went here for lunch on the public holiday for the Queens Bithday weekend. The service started of fairly average but improved once we got a different waitress. The salad we ordered was nice but the lamb in the salad was very tough with little spice. It was supposed to be Morrocan Lamb Salad. The only bonus was there was no public holiday surcharge although the corkage for one bottle of byo wine was $4 per person.

[cp] The next day in Sydney, I finally had something normal to eat. GLEBE POINT DINER, the dessert gray in Figure 1 is often delicious! The outside is crispy and crispy, and the bite is soft like marshmallow. The inside is cool and not sweet. It is scattered with caramel crushes and various nuts. The level is rich. ​

Our group of seven spent a great Saturday evening at this lovely restaurant. Both the food and the atmosphere felt like authentic Italian. We had three different pastas, all excellent, but the highlight was a venison ragu on polenta - stunningly wonderful. The service was attentive, informative, and a great part of the experience. We were visiting from New Zealand, and will make a point of returning to Ombretta on our next visit to Sydney.

First time eating Sri Lankan food. Place was full of all ages and food was delicious.Loved it!

Ordered two specials, smoked salmon Brie and pouched eggs, and ham mustered and egg. My Wife ordered the smoked salmon was served pouched salmon, the pouched salmon was over cooked and full of bones (not what you would like to eat for breakfast), it was sent back to kitchen. They served the same cold bread, cold eggs but this time with smoked salmon, bread still had one missing bite ? 5 minutes later ...... It&#39;s nice they don&#39;t waste food but don&#39;t do it at my expense...... This after we waited 40 minutes for our food order. Portions are very small. Fried egg was very oily. Unfortunately we will not come back, ever !!!! Picture is of what kitchen sent out second time, with the original missing bite! Really serve a single slice of bread and can not even serve a fresh warm one when you don&#39;t know difference between pouched and smoked ? Coffee is very affordably priced
