An authentic old Hejian restaurant. The boss said that making donkey meat hotpot is a craft passed down from his ancestors. He started out as a market boy and later opened a shop in the city. He has been doing this for more than 20 years.
I ordered some dishes to try, all of which were stir-fried dishes made from various parts of the donkey. It was really good, with a lot of local Hejian characteristics. Especially his donkey meat hotpot. As a die-hard donkey meat hotpot fan, I have never eaten anything better than this!
