Royal Observatory Greenwich

Season (June-September): Plenty of sunshine, it is the peak season for tourism in the UK, with various art festivals and activities. Spring and autumn: humid and rainy, relatively low comfort. Winter (November-February): Few sunny days, low temperature, not suitable for outdoor activities, it is recommended to avoid. Transportation in the UK Train: convenient and comfortable, suitable for short trips. Self-driving: high degree of freedom, suitable for long-distance travel. 🔹 Greenwich Observatory 🚢 Cutty Sark: It is said that there are some records related to China on the ship. If time is tight, a one-day pass is a good choice. Historical records: The observatory preserves the deeds, measuring instruments and daily life records of past astronomers. The Royal Observatory Greenwich is not only a scientific sanctuary, but also a place full of history and maritime stories. Here, you can feel the power of science up close. From the rise of the steam engine to the end of the Age of Discovery, to the invention of computers and the development of network technology, scientific progress has never stopped.

Leeds Castle

Leeds castle is really worth visiting. We came with a tour group and there were English explanations. There are many collections of the British royal family here. The interior decoration is really luxurious and court-style. The furniture and oil paintings are all top-notch. There are also oil paintings of Henry VIII here, and the fireplace feels very retro.

Westminster Abbey

Before the King of England founded the Anglican Church in 1540, Westminster Abbey was a Catholic Benedictine (one of the Catholic monastic orders) church. After 1540, it became an Anglican church. It is one of the most famous churches in the UK.

Such a beautiful place to walk by. I was there in the evening and was delighted to see the view. Truly a wonderful experience to see the bridge open up when boats crossing it.

Did not get the chance to go in or close, as it was getting late and had some other places planned to visit. But it was a great achievement unlocked.

The British Museum

Thank you Teacher Chen Fan: The knowledge pilot in the British Museum is full of gratitude and admiration. I mentioned this article and wrote it in order to express my deep gratitude to Teacher Chen Fan. If there is no teacher Chen Fan, this trip to the British Museum may just be a flower viewing and flashing for me. Mr. Chen Fan has lived in the UK for 15 years. As an Internet celebrity blogger in the museum field, he is undoubtedly the best guide for our exploration of the British Museum. The British Museum is filled with dazzling exhibits. Teacher Chen Fan is like a walking encyclopedia, and before each exhibit, he can trust the historical story and cultural connotation behind it. From ancient mysterious Egyptian mummies, to exquisite Chinese porcelain, to ancient Greek civilization with unique style, no matter which region, which period of exhibits, he can explain in depth, so that those relics sleeping in the exhibition cabinets can be instantly alive. The deep knowledge reserve, the ancient and modern history and culture of China and abroad, I sincerely praise. During the visit, Mr. Chen Fan not only explained his expertise, but also shared his life experience in the UK and his insights into different cultures, broadening my horizons and giving me a deeper understanding of the diversity of world culture. He patiently answered every question we asked, whether childish or deep, always smiling, gentle and meticulous. Mr. Chen Fan, thank you for opening the door to the British Museum's knowledge with your rich knowledge and making me full of gains on this wonderful journey. Your explanation not only increased my knowledge, but also ignited my passion for historical and cultural exploration. I look forward to more opportunities in the future to continue to explore the wonderful world behind the artifacts under your guidance.

London Eye

The city is beautifully overlooked from the London Eye. The Thames flows like a silver ribbon through it. Old buildings and modern skyscrapers are interspersed with unique charm. Under the clear sky, the scenery is more clear and charming, and it is refreshing. It is an unforgettable experience and it is a lingering experience.

St. Paul's Cathedral

It is convenient to get the ticket, and it is especially worth a visit. The high dome, exquisite decoration, and self-guided tour guide can choose Chinese. You can climb the stairs to the top terrace, where you can see the city view of London from afar: the London Eye is in the distance.

The National Gallery

Amy.
one of the best art museums I’ve been too. great variety of art , including Claude Monet, Van Gogh and many other artists that inspired their artwork too. was really enlightened by the history of art through the years and the paintings were really amazing to behold. too much to see and a clean organised museum. highly recommended. you do not need to pre book and can just walk in!

Tower of London

The Tower of London (Tower of London) is a castle-style building in the Roman style of Britain. It is located on the north bank of the Thames in London and near the Tower Bridge. The Tower of London is now one of the famous British museums, displaying precious various cultural relics, and is the "Forbidden City" in the hearts of the British. It is worth visiting.
