Modernized icon in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, stunning architecture. Rather crowded around but you may find lots of locals around who can help you to take some good pictures.

KL Hop-On Hop-Off

The bus didn't leave on time at 8 o'clock. We were the second batch. In fact, it left about 20 minutes later. The scenery along the way was nice. Kuala Lumpur was very congested. The car was very hot when it stopped. It was cooler when it drove. There were explanations at some places, but they were in English. Almost all the buses were not full. It seemed that it was not the peak season. We mainly took my parents to experience it as it was their first time here. We arrived at about 4:30 and there were still seats at the open desk.

Waiting time at least it takes 1hour plus nearly our turn to take the lift going up suddenly they announce that need to postpone due to up coming rain so we stranded almost 4hours inside the view area. We almost give up but until they announce that we can able to go observation area glass.

Aquaria KLCC

The aquarium was cool but it seems smaller than I expected. The whole experience took me around 30 minutes. No penguins like Langkawi’s aquarium but the fish tanks are nicer. I like the underwater tunnel.

The National Mosque of Malaysia, also known as Masjid Negara, is a remarkable architectural and cultural gem. Visiting this mosque was an enriching experience. The stunning modernist design, with its striking blue and green tiles, is a sight to behold. The grand prayer hall is spacious and serene, allowing for a tranquil visit.Very beautifully designed mosque which is open for tours for visitors as well!Definitely worth a visit! One of the most iconic landmark in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and one of the most impressive mosque in the city.

Perdana Botanical Garden

Exploring Perdana Botanical Garden: A Green Escape in Kuala LumpurIf you’re looking for a peaceful retreat from Kuala Lumpur’s bustling streets, Perdana Botanical Garden is the perfect place to unwind. Nestled in the heart of the city, this expansive park is a lush oasis filled with exotic plants, themed gardens, and picturesque landscapes. One of the main highlights is the Orchid and Hibiscus Gardens, where you can admire Malaysia’s national flower in full bloom alongside hundreds of vibrant orchid species. The Sunken Garden is another gem, with its neatly manicured flower beds and European-style fountain creating a charming atmosphere. For those who enjoy a scenic walk, the lush rainforest section offers shaded trails with towering tropical trees and calming water features. The garden is also home to a large man-made lake, where you can relax by the water and watch swans glide gracefully. If you’re into history and culture, the nearby Deer Park and Tun Abdul Razak Memorial add an interesting touch to your visit.Whether you’re a nature lover, a photography enthusiast, or just looking for a quiet place to recharge, Perdana Botanical Garden is a must-visit spot in KL. It’s the perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility, right in the middle of the city.

Istana Negara

Istana Negara located on Jalan Istana, Kuala Lumpur was built in 1928. The 28-acre property used to be the residence of His Majesty The Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King of Malaysia) since 1957. In 2011, it was replaced by a new palace, which is located near Jalan Duta. Hence, it is now referred to as the Old Istana Negara. The old palace was converted into the Royal Museum in 2013.

Independence Square

The Independence Square in Kuala Lumpur is a landmark attraction in Malaysia and is well worth a visit. It is a symbol of Malaysia's independence, and the Malaysian flag was first raised here on August 31, 1957, declaring national independence. At the southern end of the square stands the world's tallest flagpole, up to 100 meters high, and is a popular spot for tourists to take pictures. Surrounded by many historic buildings, such as the Sultan Abdul Shamah Building, its architectural style blends Victorian and Moorish elements and is of great value for viewing. Independence Square also has a fountain, columns and flower beds, which are beautifully designed for leisure walks. It is not only a witness to history, but also a cultural and activity center in Kuala Lumpur, where important festivals such as National Day are held every year.
