Walking through ancient Volubilis 🏛✨ Just outside Meknes, the Roman ruins of Volubilis feel like an open-air museum. Broken arches, marble columns and olive trees all sit under this huge blue Moroccan sky – it’s easy to imagine how grand this city once was. I loved wandering through the basilica, taking photos under the stone arches and spotting the original mosaics still on the ground. With the mountains in the distance, it feels calm, spacious and surprisingly peaceful for a place that’s almost 2,000 years old.
