Magnificent Bahía del Duque: Return to a Canarian Fairytale Where Loyal Guests Are Truly Valued! #tenerife #bahiadelduquehotel We stayed at the Gran Hotel Bahía del Duque Resort 5* for the second time, and once again, the hotel fully confirmed its top-tier premium status. The wonderful atmosphere of a traditional 19th-century Canarian village instantly sets you up for total relaxation. It is incredibly pleasant to return to a place where you are genuinely welcomed back. What especially delighted us this time: · Loyalty to returning guests. Huge thanks to the reception team for a flawless welcome. They arranged an early check-in for us without any issues. While our rooms were being finalized for our arrival, we were treated to a great welcome drink, which beautifully filled the time right after our flight. · Incredible sense of space. The entire massive hotel complex, along with the private villa area, spans around 10 hectares. Thanks to this grand scale, there is absolutely no crowding or congestion around the pools. At any time of day, you can easily find a quiet, secluded spot to relax. · Infrastructure. The hotel offers a direct and very convenient access to the best beach in Costa Adeje — Playa del Duque. For guests traveling with kids, there is an excellent kids' club on-site, which is a fantastic help during the vacation. · Gastronomy. Breakfasts at El Bernegal restaurant maintain an incredibly high standard — morning coffee with an ocean view and a massive selection of fresh dishes. Nuances worth knowing: · Cascading terrain. The hotel is built on a slope, featuring many stairs and winding paths through lush tropical gardens. The walks are lovely, but if you are tired or traveling with a stroller, you can always call an electric buggy. · Price level. The cost of dining and drinks at the on-site restaurants and bars fully matches its five-star status, but the premium service and quality make it completely worth it. Summary Our second visit was absolutely perfect. From the warm welcome with complimentary drinks to the ultimate feeling of space across the vast green grounds, Bahía del Duque remains one of our favorite places in Tenerife. We will definitely be back again!
