About Daxing'anling: Daxing’anling (大兴安岭) is a famous mountain range in the northeast of China, located in the northernmost region of Heilongjiang Province. This region sits at the highest latitude in China and is known as “nature’s treasure trove.” The local tourist resources are gathered around Jiagedaqi District and extend westward and northward from there. Going west from Daxing'anling, visitors will arrive at the Gaxian Cave site, where they are able to appreciate the folk customs of the Oroqen people. Traveling north instead will take visitors to the arctic village of Mohe, or to Huma for sightseeing at the Sino-Russian border. There are also many other tourist attractions such as the Huzhong Boreal Forest National Nature Reserve, the Nanzhang River Wetlands National Nature Reserve and the Duobukur River.
