Blu Sushi on McGregor Blvd. is consistently good. We love to get the tuna towers on Happy Hour- though sometimes we justo rder them to take home.

The service was Excellent. They have Wide variety. Sushi was Fresh. Fantastic options for drinks. Nightly happpy hour options for food and drinks until 6:30

Excellent sushi

Love the sushi, the wait staff didn&apos;t bring part of my order. When I inquired about the rest of my dinner order the wait staff insisted that they had brought it even though there were three other people at the table who also did not see the food. Brought out the manager who said the food was on the plate according to the camera in the kitchen. The final check included the items I did not receive.

I have been a regular customer of Blu Sushi the past 20+ years and have spent a countless amount of money in this establishment. I&apos;ve go to know all of the regular Wait Staff at the McGregor location and love the relationships developed over the years. There has certainly been a revolving door with Staff over the years, and in how they are trained and managed in recent years is where the problem lies. This establishment has become extremely run down over the years and in the daylight is truly a pig pen these days, dirty, and unkempt. The new wait staff is clueless about the menu and in how to treat or service customers. Management is even worse in this regard. The manner in which this restaurant is managed is a complete reflection of the ownership that DOES NOT CARE about the customer. Not even a little bit. I no longer frequent Blu Sushi due to the indifferent level of customer service you get from the new wait staff AND management, The attitude is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. Being that I have been a loyal and frequent customer of Blu Sushi and appreciate and love being served by many of the long term staff there, I reached out to ownership about several of my recent experiences there and how bad they were.... especially with the on-site managers. OWNERSHIP COULD CARE LESS! Well, now so do I. There are far better places to eat sushi in Fort Myers and life is too short giving money to people that only have contempt for you as their customer. GOOD RIDDANCE Blu Sushi! This will be just another restaurant that dies on the vine because it was mismanagement and became indifferent to the people that mattered to it&apos;s success. In hindsight, it sickens me that I gave my hard earned money to these people.
