Very very good! Foie gras, scallops, lamb - everything had a twist in a good way. Especially the sauce and the side dish of the lamb were delicious.

Cozy restaurant in the old part of COLMAR. Service was perfect, so was the food. But: taxis are a very hard find in Colmar. We got lucky to find one, but then were stuck there. In the snow I walked back to the hotel, got the car and relied on the GPS. The third attempt was successful&hellip; no fault of the restaurant, but guests should be made aware.

This small restaurant was certainly attractive as it distinguishes itself from other restaurants that serve Western food around it. The quality of food, however, was not as good as it should be since it lacked the details Japanese food should have. The rice (hot) was not the quality Japanese food usually served since it was rather dried and not using Sushi rice. The sashimi lacked details and the presentation was not as attractive as it should be. To be honest, the food was slightly disappointing as compared to those I used to have at my home town. Staff (female). was not very welcoming and denied my entrance without checking my online booking. It was only upon a second request for repeated checking of my booking that we were admitted. I felt lucky that I had made an advance booking online. Otherwise, I would have to wander around the streets looking for somewhere to eat. The seats were closely arranged and the table was so small that we couldn&rsquo;t find space to put the soya sauce!, We finished our dinner in less than 40 minutes. I would only recommend this restaurant to those who haven&rsquo;t tried Japanese food before and those who are really so homesick and desperate for Eastern food.

We had a lovely meal here. There were very few diners in to start with but it soon filled up and was buzzing by the time we left. We enjoyed the food and our waiter was friendly and had a very good sense of humour. All in all, a very good experience.

Good food, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. We had a pleasant time at Brenner Stube. We paid 50 euros each, but we had two entr&eacute;es, two main courses (which were huge) and desserts.

In the evening, I punched in the venue used for the variety show shooting in the Chinese restaurant. It is a traditional French dish. You can make an appointment but also accept the waiting position. It is facing the square fountain. The atmosphere is really great. There are also seats on the second floor. In summer, because the room is too hot, they usually only receive guests in the seats outside. Be sure to go inside to see it, because the photo of the star is hung, and the interior decoration on the second floor even includes the bathroom. The front dish was ordered casseloro, the salad was served with a half-cooked egg, and there were white sauces and beans inside. It was a very special dish and it tasted refreshing. 🐟 We ordered fried salmon and still served sauerkraut. I feel that sauerkraut here does not need money, right? 😂 The fish is tender, the fish skin is crispy, there is no fishy smell at all, and the taste is good. 🥘 Another main dish is glutinous rice risotto rice. The glutinous rice qq is chewy and delicious with sauce. 🍮 The last dessert is brulee and rum baba, the caramel of brulee&#39;s skin has become a very thin, crisp surface, the texture inside is creme semi-fluid, completely no solid taste is simply too delicious. This rum baba wine is a bit too kind, the waiter brought it up and poured it... The food is generally average, and it is okay to punch in. You don&#39;t need to look forward to it. This restaurant was a good option for dinner but if you are looking for an amazing special taste, this is not going to be your choice. Average food, average taste. Nothing so special. You can eat the same thing for a much lower price

I have eaten here at the height of summer and had a wonderful experience. Service, food and ambience was what you would expect from a Michelin rated restaurant. This time, January 6, 2024 19:00 seating, my dinner was good (venison steak, seared scallops) my friend&#39;s (sesame encrusted chicken, lobster timbale) was not at all as described and was quite subpar. Service was horrible and has caused me to decide to never return. Shameful staff behavior on part of our primary waitress, though the table clearing staff attempted to apologize. Have eaten in many Michelin restaurants before. This one no longer deserves the rating.

Location in heart of the Christmas market outstanding. Menu features traditional Alsacian dishes, but no salad or soup. The dessert Tiramisu was delicious. Service a bit slow. Would go back again.
