Interesting To See, But Only From Outside
Unfortunately, there are no tours of this landmark in Bissau. While it is nice from the outside, there is no way to get any sense of the building.

Staying in the nearby hotel Imperio I have a view over the palace from my balcony. Its newly refurbished.

Feel the Christmas
During Christmas time in Europe, you come to Bissau and you rarely feel the Christmas. But then you see a Presidential palace with wonderful Christmas tree. Joy to the world
