It is a museum about the Anin mine that was once operated. The building used as a residence for foreign engineers was also preserved, and it was an interesting tour. It was a little disappointing that the building was not well seen during the exterior construction at the time of the visit.
A brick building near Aniai Station on the Akita Inland Jukan Railway. It is a facility where you can learn about the history of the mines in the Ani district that once prospered and the life of overseas engineers who came to Japan with it at that time. It's not a must-see, but it's recommended to visit even when you have time.
Many materials from the once prosperous Ain mine, the life of the miners, tools used for drilling, and real ore are on display. There is a German engineer's house next door, which is connected by an underground passage, and you can visit it at the same time. Shooting is prohibited inside.
