Had an early evening meal on a Friday night here.It is quite a nice looking establishment with a large outdoor seating area, although I did prefer to be indoors. The staff were really helpful and friendly and seriously top notch. The food was really nice, although my wife tried the Herb Spatzle which was not as good as my salmon, which was exquisite. The desserts were also delicious especially I might add the Tiramisu. I make a mean Tiramisu but this was much better than mine. I think the softened (what could have been grated) chocolate on the top was divine. I will endeavour to add that to my own. Would definitely come again. The only things possible considered to be inconvenient were, it was quite noisy and there were not really enough tables inside to sit down for a drink, but heaps of seating outdoors

Chaozhou restaurant, is in the location of Chinese Street, we are a little hungry after shopping in the supermarket next door, so we have lunch here, their dishes are home-cooked taste.

Come here before the evening, the atmosphere is particularly good, accompanied by music, the mood is more relaxed, we have been talking for a long time, happy, cocktails, special, good drinks. Breakfast can choose the main meal, with a simple salad BAR! There are fresh juices and black coffee, the salad is fresh and delicious! Very recommended! Double or triple kebabs remind me of the old Greek guy sitting on the island of Santorini eating a gyroscope and chatting with me. Perfectly tender lamb, with chickpea mud and chili, and always with a smile.

Great steak for the barbecue. The restaurant is part of a luxury food court. Slightly outside the center, not very recognizable from the outside, but well worth it. Salad, steak everything just right!

I have come to this restaurant every two weeks for the past few months. The staff&#39;s service was particularly good, introduced me to each dish very carefully, and also helped me make a great drink. There are so many dishes to choose from, and each dish is satisfying to me. I often sit in this restaurant and enjoy the atmosphere. All in all, it is really worth a try, I think it is much more delicious than the average Mexican restaurant and it is correct. I hope they will grow better and better!

Staff - were friendly and pleasant. Did forget to come and take our order outside so went in and ordered after 40min wait, but we were in no hurry and apologies were given. Food - was nice. Particularly loved the arancini balls. Squid was cooked perfectly but for me the stuffing didn&#39;t go well. Concealed courtyard setting within a city setting. Liked the feel of it, sun was shining and for those who needed they had heat pits in the centre of some tables with plenty of heaters around.

The restaurant has nice decor, staff are friendly, food was ok, I had fish of the day and it was nice. My friend ordered their pizza of the day and it was rather disappointing, but let&#39;s face it, it is very difficult to find a restaurant in Christchurch that can make authentic Italian pizza. The truth is, if they don&#39;t call themselves Italian restaurant, then they probably will have a better score from me. There&#39;s really &quot;nothing&quot; Italian in the food. When I entered the restaurant I expect Italian food (and with the price they charge, I expect authentic Italian food), but only let down with all the fusion dishes. The only thing Italian in that restaurant is the Peroni beer they serve.
