Xindu Nibatuo Peninsula

Nibatuo is located on the south bank of the Pihe River, three kilometers south of the new capital city. The Pihe River detours to form a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides. It is named after a large backwater surface. Before liberation, it was an important wharf and commodity distribution center with heavy traffic on the "Golden Waterway" of the Pihe River. To the downstream area of Goujiatan is rich in mandarin fish (commonly known as fin splash), which has the charm of "Peach Blossom Flowing Water Mandarin Fish Fat" sung by the Tang Dynasty. It is now developed into an important scenic spot in the Pihe Eco-tourism Belt, with an area of 180,000 square meters and half and half of bamboo forests and waters, connecting the dense bamboo forests to form a characteristic landscape of "jungle fun". The scenic area is adjacent to the famous Longmen Mountain, which is a scenic spot for literati ascendants. The sage Zhao of the Song Dynasty and the great writer Yang Sheng'an of the Ming Dynasty came to Chongyang. There is also a Catholic church built by a foreign missionary in the Qing Dynasty, Wang Joseph. The well-known and elegant mud Tuo is a good place for eco-tourism sightseeing and water recreation.
