Listen to my advice, this is how you should plan your weekend trip to Chengdu!
Chongqing to Chengdu is really convenient, I went again last month, this time the Chengdu trip was both serious and casual, and later sent to 3 friends who went to Chengdu, they also think this itinerary is very good, share it with friends who may want to play in Chengdu.👍😄
🚄Transportation: Go to Shapingba Station, buy tickets to Chengdu East Station, it only takes a little over an hour! I chose to stay near Chunxi Road, which is convenient to go anywhere.
1⃣️The first stop was People's Park, which is simply a 'Peach Blossom Land in the hustle and bustle of the world'! You can drink tea, row boats, commemorate the martyrs, and even visit the famous blind date corner.🚇Take the subway line 2 and get off at People's Park Station, then walk for 5 minutes.🔥After playing here, I casually went to a hot pot restaurant recommended by a friend, the price was quite affordable, and the taste was similar to that of Chongqing.
2⃣️Dongjiao Memory, a famous City walk street in Chengdu, the whole block is very industrial style, there are many unique small shops inside, all dressed up very well, suitable for taking pictures, especially the Chengdu big word wall and the locomotive square are very photogenic.🚇Take the subway line 8 and get off at Dongjiao Memory Station B1 exit.
3⃣️Jiuyan Bridge, if you want to experience Chengdu's nightlife, you can come here, there are many small bars, you can have a drink with friends, the night view is very beautiful, there is also a night tour of Jinjiang project, but I think the boat ticket is a bit expensive, I didn't take it haha.🚇Take the subway line 6 and get off at Niuwangmiao Station H2 exit.🔥I saved the boat ticket and went to Jiefang West Road for a barbecue. I think there is a difference between Chengdu's barbecue and Chongqing's. They grill it drier, but overall it's delicious.
4⃣️Wenshu Monastery, it's almost New Year, you can go to Wenshu Monastery, burn incense and worship Buddha, drink tea and eat vegetarian food, touch the 'fortune' for a good omen, and the red wall is also very photogenic, there is also a palace pastry next to it, but you have to queue up.🚇Take the subway line 1 and get off at Wenshu Monastery Station K exit.
5⃣️The last stop, you can stroll around IFS and Taikoo Li, after all, many brands don't have stores in Chongqing, only Chengdu has, then go to the top of IFS and take a photo with the panda building, then end the trip and return to Chongqing.
This way, you won't be tired after two days of strolling, and you've played everything you should. I also ate sweet water noodles, spicy food, rabbit head on Chunxi Road, all of which were casually found at roadside stalls, and I can't remember the name a bit
The park is not big, but it is very close to Chengdu East Railway Station. It is a park that combines industrial style and modern fashion. It is free to open. There are also some paid venues. There are many old industrial equipment on display in the park. There are many stylish storefronts. Very suitable for taking pictures and punching in, unique!
The first stop of this Sichuan trip "watching the exhibition", in the eastern suburbs since 2021, only visited individual art areas and a large plane ✈️, and the feeling of coming to Chengdu is completely different. The point is that I enjoy the "student ticket"! Finally, I recommend everyone to punch in!
Eastern suburb memory... It is really a lot of fun and suitable for taking pictures and punching in. Young friends like 😍 New landmarks and good photos 📸 Friends who like Dongjiao memory can go to Vanke at the locomotive door to stroll around 🥰 In short, there are a lot of food, and there are many trendy shops, but it is suitable for sisters to visit. I am a native of Chengdu and I have lingered.
Very interesting trip, created using abandoned factories, no sense of dilapidation, very creative!
The experience is very good. From the first waterfall to the last pavilion, 3D feels very strong and it is worth seeing.
Very shocking, worth seeing
