Egon Schiele Art Centre

Egon Schiller's works are very expressive, often succinct depictions of distorted figures and limbs, and mostly self-portraits and portraits, expressions of pain and helplessness, which is related to the age of his life, it is the World War I period. The characters in the painting are very young, because Schiller only lived to 28 years old, not died of war, but a pandemic of influenza. First, his pregnant lover died of influenza. Three days later, the same reason Schiller died.

The Art Center hidden in the ancient buildings is a museum in memory of the Austrian expressionist painter Egon Schiller, where you can learn about his life and artistic creation. Schiller lived in CK Town in 1911, but he was driven out of town because of the anger of the townspeople caused by using young girls as nude models. We didn't go inside. The Art Center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the tickets are 120 or 140 kroner.
