The chicken schnitzels were delicious, as usual. Only small negative was the topper didn&#39;t cover whole schnitzel but I did have some sauce in a pot on the side to use.

Our family have frequented this restaurant for nearly thirty years. It has always been a great price and good value for money. The ownership has changed hands a number of times, and there have been minor changes to the Buffett menu. But the food has always been of a consistently high standard. The old style &quot;sweet &amp; sour pork&quot;, &quot;Fried rice&quot;, &quot;honey chicken&quot;, &quot;chicken chow mien&quot;, &quot;beef in black bean sauce&quot; and &quot;Mongolian beef&quot; to name a few. Are always on the menu and great value for the price. They have even put French fries in the Buffett to keep the young ( &amp; not so young) kids happy We have NEVER had the bad experiences over thirty years and will continue to come back.

This is authentic Australian Western food, not like the taste.

Being in Brisbane for a few number of years, I kept on hearing about this little kitchen on wheels. Be sure you check their social media pages to see if they are coming to your area each week. I had tried their famous boa&#39;s before. It was a few years back at the Noodle Night Markets at Southbank. I found that the boa&#39;s were very dry and I did not enjoy it at all. I guess they would have been mass producing boa&#39;s it to accommodate the amount of people attending the festival, I get it. My friend&#39;s asked me to meet her over at Stafford on a Thursday night. I&#39;m sure glad she did. I ordered their vegetarian boa - field mushroom, pesto and grilled halloumi... it was the most delicious thing iI had eaten. The bun was the most softest boa, you could rest your head on it. Everything on it really worked - I was honestly really surprised. The Chicken Parmie was a definite big thumbs up and also the pork belly boa. Can&#39;t wait to grab another one again soon!
