The Busan International Convention and Exhibition Center was officially completed in May 2001, covering an area of 92,761m², making it an international-scale exhibition center. Towards the construction of convention and exhibition enterprises in the 21st century, through the holding of exhibitions and international conferences in Busan, the goal is to promote the internationalization, industrialization and informatization of Busan and Gyeongnam. The Busan International Convention and Exhibition Center has four floors, which are divided into 3 floors above ground and 1 floor below ground. The building is divided into exhibition halls, conference halls and ancillary facilities. The exhibition hall has a total area of 13,002 square meters and consists of a special exhibition hall on the first floor, small and medium-sized exhibition halls on the second and third floors, a permanent exhibition hall on the ground floor and an outdoor exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is a single-story column-free structure in Korea, which can withstand a ground pressure of 5 tons, and the layout of the exhibition hall can be adjusted at will according to customer needs. The 1,300-square-meter conference hall consists of small and medium-sized conference rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors and a large conference room on the 3rd floor. The large conference room can accommodate 2,800 people, and also has better facilities such as 8 languages simultaneous translation system and screen video conference system. After the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup, the Busan International Convention and Exhibition Center played the role of the main media center for the 2002 Busan Asian Games. In addition, Busan Digital Electronics Exhibition, Education Exhibition, 2003 International Conference and Conference Association (ICCA) annual meeting, 2004 Asia Telecom Exhibition (ITU TelecomAsia), 2005 APEC Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Conference, 2006 International Labour Organization (ILO) Asia Pacific Regional Association, 2006 Transport Ministers Conference (UNESCAP), 2008 World Social Sports Congress, etc., continue to hold various world-class events every year. The Busan International Convention and Exhibition Center is well-functioning, well-managed, and well-connected, surrounded by skyscrapers and shopping malls, showing visitors a lot of Korean culture and way of life.
The Busan Convention and Exhibition Center is also a large-scale modern venue. This convention and exhibition center is also quite large, the whole area looks pretty good, and the facilities of the convention and exhibition center are relatively complete and very advanced.
Come here to participate in the international conference, the venue is very large and easy to find. The location of the venue is excellent, the surrounding dining hotels are very good, and the facilities and services are perfect. There is also a New World Shopping Mall next to the Convention and Exhibition Center, shopping is very easy to find! ! Hahaha, in short, great!
Busan Convention and Exhibition Center is a very professional exhibition hall. It is near the selfish new area of Busan. The traffic here is very developed. You can visit a very good exhibition hall here, and the whole area is quite large.
I'll see what's open in advance on Naver Map.There's a department store next to it.
There are many things to see and there are always many informative contents! The contents of the fair or the event come out on Naver, so be sure to go.
We easily settled in one of its huge halls, which can accommodate 3,000 people, with a bit old but good sound system, and some halls that reminded me of the larger hollow buildings of the more communist era, Specially designed to accommodate tens of thousands of people rather than for comfort purposes, Building 1 is the original Busan Convention and Exhibition Center, while Building 2 is newer, remember. There is no correlation between those buildings, you need to know which one you are going to and tell your taxi driver! There is a shop next to it for tourists to try Hanfu. The staff is very enthusiastic and introduces the history of Hanfu; English is very good and there is no problem with communication. You can make an appointment at the spot. There are different styles of Hanfu selection, very happy!
Passing by, not entering, very close to the New World Department Store, where do we walk to the Busan Film Festival Center, next to the New World, there is a Guinness record, the world's largest department store.
