Nice place for the view！I visited here just for the view and the garden . It was a nice place to visit for the once. If you have time it is good to visit this place for the statue and garden.
The verdant expanse of garden and graffiti marring the white stone are an odd juxtaposition. A stroll through these gardens seemed to encapsulate Brussels.
The Royal Library of Belgium is a huge building near the Mont des Arts and the museum area, and it is the country's national library, which contains huge numbers of books, maps and even coins. The building has more than 15 floors, essential to keep such copies.
