Wonderful dinner at Blind. We enjoy gastronomic cuisine and were not disappointed for our dinner there. We took the “10 moments menu”, and from start to finish, it was just perfect. We were asked one day in advance what our allergies or preferences were, and they made sure of it was strictly followed. For instance, one of us is vegetarian (the other definitely isn’t) and it was perfectly accommodated.Service was very attentive yet discreet, and also very efficient. The tempo of the meal was perfect, neither too slow or too fast. Juliana was a great host.As far as food is concerned, we found it to be of high quality, with great flavors, and full of surprises. Each dish is carefully crafted and presented. A feast for all senses. You go blind to this restaurant, which does not mean one is blindfolded when eating (except for one dish, which was a nice experience), but that one does not know the content of the menu. Just trust the chef. And it works wonders. I am not going to spoil the surprise by describing dishes. But I am posting a few pics to give you an idea.We went to many Michelin star restaurants (from one star to three stars) and Blind in our opinion is on par with one-star restaurants. I believe it should get one soon.
