It took two hours from Jakarta to Bintan Island, which is closer to Singapore. It takes only 50 minutes by ferry from Singapore, so Bintan is also known as the back garden of Singapore. There are many resort hotels on the island. It is much cheaper than Singapore. We stayed at the Banyan Tree Resort in Bintan Island. The hotel has a large bay with clear blue waters, clean and soft beaches, and comfortable barefoot, especially suitable for a holiday. Although the hotel was built earlier, the facilities are not badly maintained, the rooms are warm and spacious, and each room has a balcony with sea views. Booking accommodation will also include round-trip transportation from the terminal, which is very convenient.
