Jiufeng National Forest Park

Beijing Lufeng National Forest Park is located in the northwest of Haidian District, at the west end of Beiqing Road. It is named after the two peaks on the mountain that stand opposite, like a flapping wing. Haidian District, where Beijing Lufeng National Forest Park is located, is a temperate wet monsoon climate area.

The peak National Forest Park in autumn is so beautiful that the maple leaves are turning red a little bit. October to November is the best time to visit. This season the air is dry and the visibility is high, which is best for mountaineering.

Beijing Yufeng Forest Park is located in the middle of the Daxishan Scenic Area in the west of Beijing, at the west end of Beiqing Road, only 2 kilometers from Zhongguancun High-tech Park. It is one of the closest national forest parks to Beijing. The park was formerly known as the Teaching Experimental Forestry Farm of Beijing Forestry University. In 2009, the Beijing Tourism Bureau issued a document officially approving Beijing Yufeng National Forest Park as a 3A-level tourist attraction. The park has a beautiful natural environment, steep mountains, mountains and stones. The highest peak in the park is 1153 meters above sea level, and the main peak of the peak is 465 meters above sea level. Looking at the peak from a distance, the two peaks on the mountain stand opposite, like a ostrich that dives, lifelike, hence the name. The forest coverage rate of the park is as high as 96.4%, with a total of 684 land plants, more than 800 insect species, and a variety of small animals such as scorpions, young chickens, hares and so on.
